We perform full home inspections for banks who are re-financing existing home owner properties or who are holding bank owned properties. We also perform pre-listing home inspections for home owners looking to list their properties so that they can decide to either make repairs or not - disclosing what they do not want to repair. This way buyers cannot come back and re-negotiate repairs if they have another inspection conducted. We work with many local re-habbers to certify homes that they are getting ready to sell to other investors wholesale or to buyer/occupiers. In these instances we act as a neutral and objective 3rd party, supplying a full inspection report and noting any repairs/improvements completed after the inspection. We have performed many 4 point inspections for those agencies requiring limited inspections - call or email us for furhter information. Because we are a multi-inspector company, we can efficiently take on and manage large projects such as large blocks of single or multi-family homes, large commercial and apartment buildings, and very large private residential properties.
We also perform narrow in scope inspections for existing home owners who want a disinterested 3rd party expert opinion with regard to such things as foundation repair, roof repair or replacement, basement dampness cause and correction, mold testing, etc. Experienced home owners know that some Roofers want to sell you a new roof and some Water Proofers want to water proof your basement - whether you need it or not. We charge $150 for an on-site verbal consultation.
